Q: The internet is SO slow, I just can't do anything!
Q: My Kazaa, bittorrent, p2p, apps are not working.
A: This is probably due to congestion of the network or updates that are being made. Please wait for 5 minutes, reboot your computer, and try again. If the problem persists please email me your apt building and the time of the problem so it can be further looked into.
Q: My internet totally stopped. It shows limited connectivity and it has for more than 20 minutes.
A: Any p2p filesharing activities are blocked on our network due to the excessive consumption of resources. Only legal filesharing applications will be allowed on our network. If you have a request for a certain application please email us.
Q: My "battlefield2, counter-strike, starwars galaxies, WoW, etc." is slow and the ping is unbearably high.
A: If a virus, misconfiguration, or p2p activity is coming from your computer, then it will recieve a temporary block on it until the problem is resolved. We have free virus/spyware removal software on our downloads page.
Q: My Pogo.com games won't work (specifically "Poppit!")
A: The network is probably congested at the time you are trying to play. Please wait until the network is less congested and your game will be better. World of Warcraft needs further testing, but currently does not seem to work on our network.
Q: I have more suggestions.
A: Make sure your java client is updated www.java.com . There is currently a problem with Poppit! in that current testing shows only one user can use it at a time per network. Try a different game or try to connect to a different access point.
